THE MINERS
Taking your game to the next level.
We want to create an opportunity for players to expand their game and reap the benefits of box lacrosse during the fall/winter months. The Miners is a locally based developmental program aimed to keep players learning and experiencing the endless advantages from playing box lacrosse. With the ball constantly in play, there is an emphasis on groundballs, stickwork, accurate passing/shooting, decision-making, and most of all - FUN. We will focus on box concepts, offensive and defensive strategy, shooting, cutting, 2-man game (on-ball and off-ball), transition play, power play, short-hand (man-down) defense, and much more through hands-on teaching and exact drills from NLL (National Lacrosse League) teams.
